Karlsvikshyttans station provides insight into120 years of railway history. 420
m of track in two halls, about 140 vehicles with emphasis on the ore line. In

Björnsjö lies behind the northern main line about 15 miles north of Mellansel.
The association conducts veteran train traffic on both main and Mellansel

The Dellen line is a
60-km railway between Ljusdal and Hudiksvall, built in stages 1860-1888,
electrified in 1959 and closed in 1995. Now the entire Dellen Line has been
re-opened for rail bicycles and partly renovated for train travel also. Traffic
Days (railcar Y8): 24/6, 8/7, 22/7 and 5/8. Moreover, we show our
electric coaches X7 and X17. Trolley Hire: Based on Delsbo
station you can rent rail bikes for private trips on the Hybo-Delsbo-Hudiksvall
section, daily 17/5-16/9. Events: Delsbo Electric 27/5, a competition where
teams from colleges and high schools run their battery-powered vehicles for
more than 3 km of railway with as little energy as possible. Dellen Line Day

Large-scale model (1:2) of Dals Rostock's old railway
station which was on the same site from 1908 to 1941. The old Dalsland course,
nowadays the railway between Oslo and Gothenburg, passes close by. The model
was erected in 2000, dispalying the environment as it appeared in the 1920s
& 30s. One may go inside (ceiling height is just 1.44 m) and see the
waiting room, office and residential area, all in scale 1:2 – furniture, old
wood stoves etc. The key may be borrowed from the shop next door at a cost of

This peat factory, just south of Kättilstorp, was started
in 1906 and was operational until 1997. The plant was then taken over in 1999
by the Society. Today, it consists of a large belt-driven vintage peat factory
with sawmill, wood wool factory, workers´ dwellings, and a narrow gauge railway
to transport peat. The line is now used to transport visitors to the
former material worksites. Rides out
into the bogs are in converted peat wagons hauled by a unique home-built diesel
electric loco. From Ryttaren there also leads a designed footpath to the bogs. Open:

Lakvik, between Åtvidaberg and
Björsäter in Östergötland. Rolling stock from both public traffic and
industrial railways. Collection includes two steam locomotives, a compressed
air loco, various loco tractors and two of the oldest coaches (former track

Bent Schultze donated his famous
railway to Ljungby 1999. Tragically, this was 30-year oeuvre is largely
destroyed. Out of this grew later Ljungby Railway Association TågCentralen
forward. During the summer of 2012, we have for the fifth year open views and
re-opening of Schulz's path. The second milestone that we are now embarked on
the construction of Bolmen Line, the former narrow gauge (1067 mm) track
Karlshamn Vislanda-Bolmen-Halmstad. We look forward to your visit so we can
both tell and show. We also have some smaller tracks that kids can run with. Open:
about 3 weeks in July / August; times have not yet established, but will be
posted on our website in May. Events: 6/5, we have grand opening
of the rebuilt track. There will be a cracking event for Ljungby and anyone

The Hässleholm Model Railroad Association is housed in
Hässleholm´s Museum of Transportation & Technology, which depicts the
history of the city as a transport and military hub. The Model Railroad
